  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    You should receive your order in 3 to 6 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take a bit longer.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?

    Yes, we ship to PO boxes.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with proof of purchase on orders made directly from Avadim Health, Inc. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund minus shipping and handling. Simply contact our customer service department at [email protected] or 877-677-2723 within 30 days of receiving your product, and provide the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Your name, address and phone number
    • Why you are not satisfied with the product

    If you purchased from a store or pharmacy, please contact the retailer regarding their refund or exchange policy. Theraworx Relief does not provide refunds or exchanges for purchases made at stores or pharmacies. Our refunds apply only to purchases made directly from Avadim Health, Inc.
